This project involved the complete construction and delivery of a purpose-built experimental laboratory for the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Unipark, University of Port Harcourt. The facility was designed to support cutting-edge pharmaceutical research and toxicology testing in line with global academic and safety standards.
Our team executed the project from groundwork to final finishes, incorporating specialized lab fittings, chemical-resistant surfaces, high-efficiency ventilation systems, and reinforced structural elements to ensure long-term durability and compliance with university specifications. The laboratory now serves as a critical research hub for both staff and postgraduate researchers.
